AHMED RUMANE

Director

Mr. Ahmed has over 15 years of experience as a Professional Consulting Engineer and has extensive experience in high profile projects of the Healthcare, residential, Hospitality & commercial sector.

His leadership has paved the way for several new and creative management changes which led to improved and efficient service on BIM thereby enabling the firm to become leading MEP services provider on BIM platform. He was Student at Zigurat Global BIM Management Program (2018-19). He is certified implementation consultant for YOUBIM. He is first from India to complete “COBie As-Designed“ course from the University of Florida directed By the Inventor Dr. Bill East.

MOHD SUMAIR MASTE

Director

Mr. Sumair has proven and progressive experience in business development, project management and BIM with consulting and contracting firm. Before joining this organization, he has worked as the CEO & Co-Founder for RECON Engineers, where he had expertise in BIM, Repair Industry and on developing the business growth and market network for the organization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and is currently nearing the completion of his Masters degree in civil engineering with specialization in Construction Management. He has been involved in project delivery and project coordination and worked as a consultant on multiple projects where he focused on areas of handling large corporate, infrastructure, commercial, hospitality, and residential projects.

FEROZ TAMBE

Associate Director - MEPF

Feroz has over 15 years of experience in Public Health Engineering and Project Management. He has worked in middle east (Riyadh) for nearly 6 years. He has joined in our MEP team (MAK MEP) in 2015 and now with ENGVB as Associate and handling a large no of team of MEP & BIM Design. He is the key person who manage the coordination between Project team & Design team and assure the quality deliverable within agreed time frame.

AMOL PATIL

Associate Director - MEPF

Amol has over 15 years of design experience in plumbing & fire suppression systems & MEP Coordination for various projects ranging from hospitality, aviation, metro, healthcare, corporate offices & industries. He has worked with Tata Consulting (Ecofirst) for long duration before joining Engineering Virtual Built Consultants Pvt Ltd. His expertise includes design of water treatment plants, steam system, sewerage system, hot water systems etc. & Coordination of MEP Services

PRAVITH

Associate - MEPF

Pravith has over 15 years of experience in Electrical Engineering and Project Management. He has worked with few renowned brand in design industry like Fab Labs, Pankaj Dharkar & Associates. He was responsible for handling large MEP team. His key area of expertise beside MEP coordination also includes Planning, Designing the scheme, Preparation of List of Drawing, Calculations, preparation of drawing, Take-off sheets, B.O.Q, Documents such as Technical Specification, DBR for Commercial, Retails Shop, Hospital, Malls, Residential and Township projects.

TARIQUE DESHMUKH

Associate Director - BIM

AAMIR

Manager - HVAC

Aamir is one of the key member of ENGVB who looks after HVAC segment. His key expertise is HVAC system design for various type of projects across India. He is also involved in day to day co-ordination with client, Design meeting during various stage of Projects. Aamir is young smart Mechanical Engineer with experience of working in Consulting firm for over 7 years. Currently at ENGVB, he is handling the team of Engineers in HVAC division and delivering the projects.

ISHAQUE

BIM Manager

Ishaque has over 5 years of design and modelling experience as Mechanical Engineer. He looks after all the deliverable and manages Design team at ENGVB. He is smart and young Mechanical Engineer with rich experience working under consultancy firm. He has managed large and mid segment project across India. Adnan is one of the potential person at ENGVB who has committed his time and dedication from last 5 years with us.

MITALI

Manager - Finance

Mitali has over 9 years of experience who has been a part of our team from her first day of work experience. She looks after finance & Accounts and manages all the invoices, cash flows, collections & finance related matters. She is Graduate from Mumbai University in 2013 in Bachelor of Commerce.
